Two exciting new hearing systems have recently been introduced to the
marketplace:
Oticon Syncro is the first hearing instrument to cross the boundary from
ordinary, digital technology into the future category of advanced hearing instruments with
artificial intelligence.
The human brain has a natural ability to focus on speech and filter out
noise, and Syncro uses Artificial Intelligence to simulate this process. Syncro reacts
much like the brain when adjusting to a particular listening situation: It automatically
tracks and enhances speech while attenuating irrelevant noises.
